By subscribing to or using our College Management Software, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The software is provided on a subscription basis.
The system is cloud-hosted.
Access is granted via login credentials.
The client is responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and device compatibility.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the subscription period.
The client shall not:
Copy or redistribute the software
Reverse engineer the application
Share login credentials outside authorized users
Attempt unauthorized system access
Subscription fees are payable in advance (monthly/quarterly/annually as agreed).
Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
Taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the client.
Any additional modules or customization requests will be charged separately.
Delivery timeline for enhancements: typically 3?5 working days (subject to complexity).
Technical support provided during business hours.
Critical issues will be prioritized.
Routine maintenance may result in temporary downtime.
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:
Maintenance
Server issues
Force majeure events
Internet disruptions
Brightnous IT Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss caused by misuse
Internet/network failures
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Payment is overdue
Terms are violated
The system is misused
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Hyderabad Courts.
