Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By subscribing to or using our College Management Software, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.


    2. SaaS Model

    • The software is provided on a subscription basis.

    • The system is cloud-hosted.

    • Access is granted via login credentials.

    • The client is responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and device compatibility.


    3. License Grant

    We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the subscription period.

    The client shall not:

    • Copy or redistribute the software

    • Reverse engineer the application

    • Share login credentials outside authorized users

    • Attempt unauthorized system access


    4. Subscription & Payment Terms

    • Subscription fees are payable in advance (monthly/quarterly/annually as agreed).

    • Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

    • Taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the client.


    5. Customization & Additional Features

    • Any additional modules or customization requests will be charged separately.

    • Delivery timeline for enhancements: typically 3?5 working days (subject to complexity).


    6. Support & Maintenance

    • Technical support provided during business hours.

    • Critical issues will be prioritized.

    • Routine maintenance may result in temporary downtime.


    7. Service Availability

    We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

    • Maintenance

    • Server issues

    • Force majeure events

    • Internet disruptions


    8. Limitation of Liability

    Brightnous IT Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Loss caused by misuse

    • Internet/network failures

    Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the previous 12 months.


    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate services if:

    • Payment is overdue

    • Terms are violated

    • The system is misused


    10. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
    Jurisdiction: Hyderabad Courts.
