Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Technical failure solely attributable to our system that prevents service usage for an extended period (subject to internal review)

    Approved refunds will be processed within 15?30 working days.

    No refund will be provided for:

    • Change of decision

    • Partial use

    • Early termination

    • Failure to use the system
